Any new unopened original merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 29 days of purchase. Return shipping is paid by the purchaser. If the return merchandise is defective, we pay for return shipping. Contact us for instruction and return authorization for returned items. All returns will be refunded within 3-5 business days after merchandise is received by us. Electrical appliances are covered by manufactures warranty. We do not accept returns from other vendors and used merchandise.
