Its gentle formula immediately soothes, decongests, and reduces puffiness. -Orange Blossom Floral Water (2%): Reduces puffiness, moisturizes, soothes, and relieves swelling around the eye contours.
-Chamomile Essential Oil (.01%): Soothes tired eyes and protects the eye area.
